In crisis or in need of immediate support?

If you or a loved one is in crisis and in need of immediate help, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For 24/7 mental health support, you can reach the National Suicide Crisis Helpline by texting or dialing 988, the BC Mental Health Support Line by dialing 310-6789 or the BC Suicide Prevention and Intervention Line at 1-800-784-2433. For general health advice, please dial 811 to reach the provincial health advice line.
