Clinical Diagnostic Assessment
The Clinical Diagnostic Assessment is in keeping with provincial standards as set out by the Ministry of Health. It includes obtaining background history from multiple sources, comprehensive review of developmental history by chart review and completion of the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R) with parents/guardians, and completion of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scheduled (ADOS-2), a semi-structured, standardized play-based assessment with the youth.
