Dr. Michelle Waller, B.Sc., M.D., FRCPC
Dr. Waller is a longtime Prince George resident of over 30 years and locally trained physician. She completed her Bachelor of Science at UNBC prior to starting medical school with UBC’s Northern Medical Program. She then completed her specialty training in psychiatry through UBC’s Psychiatry Residency Program in Prince George.
Dr. Waller holds her designation as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) and currently practices as a psychiatrist in Prince George. Her clinical work is focused on providing care to adolescent youth in the community. She also works with the Regional Eating Disorders Clinic and with the Northern Health Assessment Network (NHAN), where she provides autism assessments as a BCAAN Qualified Specialist.
Outside of clinical care, Dr. Waller serves as the Associate Program Director for the Prince George Track with UBC’s Psychiatry Residency Program, and she is actively involved in teaching psychiatry residents and medical students.

About Us
River View Clinic Ltd is a newly established clinic that has been providing private autism assessments since fall 2025. Autism assessments are completed by Dr. Michelle Waller, who holds her designation as a BCAAN Qualified Specialist and completes autism assessments in the public system through NHAN. With her background training as a psychiatrist, she brings a specialized lens when assessing youth for query autism who may have co-occurring or overlapping mental health symptoms.
